17th century, Ukraine. Gilt bronze, just under 1 5/8” height plus the suspension loop. Elegant form with a raised cross-centered and raised edges with blocked beam terminals. Reverse with remnants of Cyrillic script. Surface worn and textured from burial with details intact. Professionally refurbished with the 24karat surface restored and on an 18” modern gilt box chain for contemporary wear. Gift boxed with certificate of authenticity.
